- Identify, approach, and onboard mechanics, retailers, and workshops to generate demand for two-wheeler spare parts.
- Promote the company’s spare parts portfolio and create product awareness among target customers.
- Conduct mechanic meets, shop visits, and local promotional activities to build product visibility.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by driving orders through mechanics and retailers.
- Collect and analyze market feedback on product performance, pricing, and competition.
- Ensure proper display and branding of spare parts at retail counters.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, mechanics, and retailers.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns to enhance satisfaction.
- Report daily/weekly sales activities, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the sales manager.
