1.
Develop 2D and 3D piping design drawings, models, and isometrics using AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Revit software and should be able to do clash detection and compliance.

Able to develop ULDs and piping layouts along with sections, Insert plate location layouts etc.
3.
Able to develop Utility Block, Boiler house, Solvent tankfarm. External piperack etc.
4.
Able to Interpret Process P&IDs and prepare general arrangement (GA) drawings, piping layouts, and utility equipment location plans.
5.
Prepare bill of materials (BOM), piping MTOs, and support detailing
6.
Able to develop clean utility piping layouts (WFI, PW, CIP/SIP, Process Gases) as per ASME BPE.
7.
Should be able to Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (process, civil, electrical, HVAC, Arch, Fire)
8.
Assist in the development and maintenance of CAD/BIM standards and project documentation
9.
Knowledge of Fire hydrant, Sprinkler, Extinguisher, MVWS system drafting will be an added advantage
1.
Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or any specialized ITI course of Piping design and drafting
2.
8–10 years of piping design experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or chemical industries (Design consultancy preferred)
3.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Navisworks, Revit
4.
Strong knowledge of piping standards used in pharmaceutical industry.
5.
Well versed with Utility equipment systems
6.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
