About BluHeat
BluHeat is a modern, drug-free heat therapy solution designed for orthopedic pain relief, physiotherapy support, and gynecological care. We are expanding into the Delhi market and looking for a skilled Medical Representative (MR) with an orthopedic focus to drive adoption among doctors, hospitals, and clinics.
Key Responsibilities
Promote BluHeat heat therapy patches to orthopedic doctors, physiotherapists, gynecologists, and chemists.
Build strong relationships with doctors and generate prescription support.
Conduct product demos and sampling during OPD visits, medical camps, and conferences.
Identify and onboard stockists, chemists, and distributors in the Delhi NCR region.
Ensure sales targets (patch-wise) are achieved and report progress weekly.
Collect market insights, competitor updates, and doctor feedback to support strategy.
Work closely with the sales & marketing team for executing local campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate (science/pharma preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years as an MR, ideally in the orthopedic/physiotherapy segment.
Strong doctor & chemist network in Delhi.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Self-driven, willing to travel across Delhi NCR.
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Incentives (Patch-based).
350–500 patches/month → ₹5 per patch
500+ patches/month → ₹7 per patch
