Medical Services Executive

The Medical Analyst will play a key role in expanding our hospital’s reach and ensuring high- quality care for patients with neurological illnesses. This position involves conducting initial medical assessments, identifying potential growth opportunities, and building relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, strong analytical skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

• Conduct initial medical assessments of new patients, including gathering medical histories and documenting findings.
  
• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments in the hospital's CRM system.
  

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hospital’s patient base and service offerings.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources
  
• Promote the hospital’s neurological services to potential patients and partners through various outreach efforts
  
• Assisting senior doctors in Physical and Virtual OPD’s.
  

• Serve as a liaison between the hospital and patients, providing information and support throughout the assessment and treatment process.
  
• Educate patients and their families about neurological conditions, treatment options, and available resources.
  

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth in the neurological healthcare sector.
  
• Analyze data from medical assessments and other sources to inform business development strategies and improve patient care.
  

• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, patient assessments, and outcomes.
  
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on assessment data and market analysis.
  
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, follow-ups, and consultations.
  
• Support the business development team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  

• Graduate in any medical field as doctor ( BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, MBBS) Clinical experience Physician Assistant (PA), or similar role, is highly preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of neurological illnesses and related treatments.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in multilingual will be highly preferred.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
