JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing hospital information systems and ensuring accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance across departments.
Generating and maintaining key operational and analytical reports such as:
- Daily OP/IP registration summaries
- Doctor-wise consultation counts
- Lab sample turnaround time (TAT) reports
- Bed occupancy ratios
- Department-wise revenue reports
- Pharmacy stock movement summaries
- Patient satisfaction feedback analyses
- Ensuring timely submission, data accuracy, and confidentiality in all reporting activities.
Supporting the Hospital Management System (HMS) operations and coordinating with software vendors and users for system-related queries or issues.
Assisting with inventory tracking, compliance documentation, internal audits, and data backups.
Collaborating with various departments such as clinical, lab, pharmacy, billing, and front office to facilitate smooth information flow and system usage.
You may be assigned additional responsibilities from time to time as deemed necessary by the management.
