As a Mobile Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of mobile devices, plans, and accessories. You will be a key point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the best solutions. This role requires a strong sales orientation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their mobile device and service needs.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations for our range of smartphones, tablets, and accessories.
- Recommend and sell suitable mobile plans, data packages, and value-added services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-maintained, organized, and stocked with the latest devices and promotional materials.
- Exp:3 year in related field
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the mobile or electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of mobile technology, operating systems, and various phone features.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
