We are looking for a skilled and passionate
Momo Chef to join our culinary team. The candidate should have expertise in preparing a variety of momos (steamed, fried, pan-fried, tandoori, etc.) and the ability to maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.- Prepare and cook different types of momos (vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special varieties).
- Ensure the consistency of taste, quality, and presentation of all Momo dishes.
- Develop new Momo recipes to expand the menu and attract more customers.
- Manage ingredients, portioning, and minimise food wastage.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
- Proven work experience as a Momo Chef or similar role in the food & beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of Momo preparation techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- 1–3 years of experience in Momo preparation.
- Creativity in experimenting with flavours and innovative Momo dishes.
- Team player with good communication skills.
