- Conduct theory and practical sessions across various technical skills.
- Train learners in safety protocols, equipment handling, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare training materials and conduct assessments.
- Stay updated with industry practices and technologies to enhance training quality.
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related trades.
- Minimum 1-3 years of multi-skill technical field experience or freshers with good internship experience.
- Strong communication and instructional skills.
- Prior training or teaching experience preferred.
