This pivotal role is responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence and ensuring our products consistently meet and exceed both internal standards and customer expectations.
We are looking for a candidate with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Developing and executing the long-term quality strategy, aligning it with company-wide business objectives and customer requirements.
- Owning, maintaining, and continuously improving the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing quality team, including quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) professionals, engineers, and technicians.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to reduce defects, minimize waste, and enhance overall product quality.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all major customer quality issues and collaborating with the supply chain team to establish and enforce quality standards for incoming materials and components.
- Overseeing internal and external quality audits, ensuring all non-conformities are addressed with effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Utilizing statistical process control (SPC) and other data analysis tools to monitor key quality metrics (KPIs), identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Partnering with manufacturing, engineering, R&D, and supply chain teams to embed quality principles throughout the entire product lifecycle, from design to delivery.
