We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable
Odoo Consultant Faculty with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training in Odoo ERP as well as Tally and core accounting concepts to or entry-level professionals. This role requires a good understanding of ERP systems, accounting workflows, and practical hands-on experience.- Conduct training sessions on Odoo functional modules (Sales, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Teach Tally ERP (TallyPrime) with focus on practical accounting, GST, TDS, and basic inventory handling
- Explain core accounting principles: journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, etc.
- Assist learners with lab sessions, assignments, and real-world use cases
- Support basic Odoo and Tally configurations and functional use
- Prepare and update relevant training materials and exercises
- Stay updated on ERP trends, new features in Odoo and Tally, and changes in taxation/compliance laws
- 1�2 years of experience in Odoo functional consulting, ERP training, or accounting education
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP (TallyPrime) and knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners
- Basic knowledge of business processes and ERP workflows
- Familiarity with MS Excel and basic reporting tools
- Exposure to ERP implementation is a plus
- Bachelor�s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or functional consulting (1�2 years)
- Tally certification or practical accounting background is preferred
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with ERP and accounting tools
