You’ll be part of the team enhancing and maintaining an Odoo instance that supports key business functions: Human Resources, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Customer Relationship Management. With ~1 year of experience, you’ll be expected to take ownership of small-to-medium tasks, contribute to module configuration, customizations, integrations, and also help troubleshoot issues. This role sits at the intersection of business process + technical implementation.
· Configure, customize, and extend Odoo modules: HR, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM.
· Develop custom modules/features when standard Odoo modules don’t meet requirements.
· Write server-side (Python) code.
· Create, maintain, and update workflows, business logic, automated actions.
· Migrate data or manage data imports for HR, accounting, manufacturing records.
· Assist in bug-fixing, performance optimization, and ensuring data integrity.
· Support end-users: gather requirements, suggest improvements, provide technical input.
· Follow best practices: version control (Git), code reviews, modular design.
· Around 1 year of experience working with Odoo.
· Good grasp of Odoo’s architecture: ORM, views, business objects, workflows.
· Solid in Python; some knowledge in JavaScript & QWeb/XML templating.
· Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL.
· Understanding of business processes in HR, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM.
· Ability to write and understand English for documentation.
· Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
· Familiarity with Git and common development tools.
· Basic Linux environment knowledge is a plus.
· Experience building or customizing reports in Odoo.
· Exposure to Odoo’s accounting localisation.
· Experience with manufacturing scheduling and planning.
· Understanding of Odoo performance optimization.
· Familiarity with latest Odoo versions and migration paths.
