Key Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling and Communication: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Document Management: Filing, organizing, and maintaining physical and digital records, preparing documents and reports.
  • Office Support: Maintaining office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • General Support: Greeting visitors, managing correspondence, and providing general administrative support to staff.
  • Data Management: Updating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Event Coordination: Assisting with the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
