Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and time, to achieve production goals.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage procurement, and ensure timely product delivery through logistics coordination.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and industry regulations throughout the manufacturing and distribution process.
- Compliance: Stay updated with relevant regulations and policies and ensure the company's operations adhere to them.
- Performance Monitoring: Track operational performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate operational teams to achieve company objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance and progress.
