The
Business Operations Manager will be responsible for streamlining and professionalizing all internal operations, especially in Sales, Accounts, and Administrative functions by designing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and optimizing workflows. The role will also focus on implementing digital tools (like Google Workspace), improving cross-team collaboration, and ensuring our business runs smoothly, efficiently, and transparently.·
Create and implement SOPs for sales, accounts, client servicing, and internal workflows.· Set up and maintain
Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Calendar, etc.) to standardize communication, data storage, and collaboration.·
Optimize and automate operational processes to reduce inefficiencies and improve productivity.· Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports for real-time visibility into performance metrics.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders to
identify pain points and provide actionable solutions.· Lead and manage internal communication across departments and ensure alignment with business goals.
· Oversee basic financial operations like expense tracking, vendor payments, invoicing coordination, and reconciliation oversight.
· Ensure
accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and compliance with standard business practices.· Resolve bottlenecks, conflicts, or operational issues proactively through strong
problem-solving skills.· Collaborate with external vendors, accountants, consultants, and service providers.
· Provide training to staff on new tools, SOPs, and operational protocols.
· Report directly to the founders and play a strategic role in decision-making.
· 4–10 years of experience in
operations, process management, or business administration.· Prior experience in
real estate, construction, services, or high-volume sales businesses is preferred.· Strong background in
process design, optimisation, and implementation.· Proficiency in
Google Workspace, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and business communication platforms.· Understanding of
basic financial workflows (P&L, cash flow, vendor payments, etc.).· Excellent
stakeholder communication skills – ability to work with teams across sales, accounts, tech, and leadership.· Strong analytical thinking and
problem-solving orientation.· Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Salary Range: 3 LPA to 6 LPA
