- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a US voice process, preferably in freight brokerage or dispatch operations
- Prior experience managing a team in logistics or customer support
- Willingness to work night shifts (US timings)
- Strong understanding of US logistics processes and brokerage operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
- Team leadership and people management
- Load negotiation and coordination
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Performance monitoring and reporting
- Attention to detail and time management
- Manage a large team of Freight Brokers working on US-based logistics operations
- Oversee daily floor operations and ensure team performance meets KPIs
- Monitor compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Train, mentor, and support brokers for skill development and target achievement
- Coordinate with the Operations Head to streamline workflow and optimize team output
- Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction through timely resolution
- Drive a culture of motivation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,179.96 - ₹90,000.00 per month
