Elevate is recruiting an
Operations/Processing Manager for our eDiscovery team. AsOperations/Processing Manager you will focus on processing engaging with Elevate discovery team on eDiscovery projects. This role requires expertise in utilizing Relativity, Everlaw and eDiscovery processing methodologies.- Oversee team of analysts.
- Analyze and consult around processing operations in Relativity and/or Everlaw.
- Collaborate with leadership team on operational workflows as they relate to data intake, staging, and data processing that follow industry norms and standards.
- Draft documentation where needed.
- Process ESI using in-house processing tools such as Relativity and RelativityOne (includes duplication, culling/filtering, text/metadata extraction, OCRing non-searchable files, tiff conversion, error/exception handling and quality control).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve processing exceptions.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving customer needs.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in an eDiscovery operational leadership role focused on data processing, with hosting services experience preferred.
- Proficiency with an eDiscovery processing and hosting platform, preferably Relativity.
- Well-versed in EDRM model- Experience creating and manipulating various load file types and reports using MS Access and other database tools is required
- Proficiency with an eDiscovery processing and hosting platform, preferably Relativity.
- Any graduate.
- Industry certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator, or similar Relativity certifications.
