Job Responsibilities:


· Coordinate with customers for order placement, dispatches, and queries


· Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proforma invoices


· Liaise with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries


· Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases


· Handle documentation related to domestic and export orders


· Assist sales team in lead tracking and follow-ups


· Communicate with clients to provide accurate and prompt information


· Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks


· Track inventory availability and coordinate with stores/warehouse


Key Skills Required:


Good communication and coordination skills


Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email handling


Knowledge of sales processes and documentation


Familiarity with packaging/poly film industry will be a strong advantage


Ability to multitask and work under pressure


Team player with strong organizational skills


Qualifications:


Graduate /Undergrad


2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry

Working Days: Monday to Saturday


Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
