We are looking for an Order Tracking Administrator for our Pune location whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experienceâ€. Somebody who is passionate about AV. We take pride in our employees, known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done.
- Work with purchasing department to track and manage several hundred purchase orders per month
- Track orders and keep operations team updated daily
- Contact our vendors, either by email or phone, to discuss shipping times, updates, or modifications.
- Other duties as assigned.

- You can work independently with minimal guidance but aren’t afraid to ask the right questions when you need help.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can be the face of our company to our clients.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in same field
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet pressing deadlines with attention to detail
- Must be able to work with a high degree of confidentiality.
