OTA Sales Executive - Hotels

Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced OTA Sales Executive to join our hotel sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online travel agency (OTA) sales and revenue growth for our hotel properties. The role involves managing relationships with OTAs, optimizing hotel listings, and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and optimize hotel listings on major OTAs (e.g., (link unavailable), Expedia, Agoda)
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive OTA revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers
  • Monitor and analyze OTA performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with hotel marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across OTAs
  • Negotiate commission rates and contracts with OTAs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and OTA developments


Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in hotel sales or OTA sales
  • Strong knowledge of major OTAs and their platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel property management systems (PMS)


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with hotel revenue management systems
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles
  • Certification in hotel sales or revenue management (e.g., HSMAI)
