We are expanding and looking for
Outbound Telecallers to join our dynamic team.- Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding medical billing services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in outbound calling/telecalling (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
