We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Executive who is data-driven, strategic, and passionate about paid media. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and more — with a sharp focus on ROI, lead generation, and conversions.You’ll work closely with the content, design, and strategy teams to ensure every campaign delivers measurable results and contributes to overall business growth.
- Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Track key campaign metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL, and conversion rate
- Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audience segments, and landing pages
- Optimize campaigns in real-time based on performance data and platform insights
- Coordinate with content and design teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting tools
- Create regular reports and dashboards to present performance and insights to stakeholders
- Manage ad budgets efficiently with a focus on maximizing ROI and scaling performance
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing / paid media
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience targeting, and lead nurturing
- Proficient in using Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Google Tag Manager, and campaign dashboards
- Experience with e-commerce, B2B, or D2C campaigns is a plus
- Analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation and decision-making skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
