Key Responsibilities:


â— Develop, plan, and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with it's growth objectives.


â— Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, DV360, and other digital platforms.


â— Drive qualified lead generation with measurable, results-oriented KPIs.


â— Skilled in advanced targeting strategies, pixel implementation, and audience segmentation.


â— Strong knowledge of tracking setup, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4 for accurate performance measurement.


â— Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to maximize ROI.


Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend and strong returns.


â— Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to maintain brand consistency and messaging impact.


â— Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.


Requirements:


◠Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.


â— 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years focused on real estate lead generation.


â— Strong expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.


â— Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.


â— Solid understanding of tracking setups, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.


â— Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.


â— Ability to thrive both independently and in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.


Location – HSR Layout, Bangalore


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
