◠Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
â— 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management.
â— Proven track record of running successful paid marketing campaigns with measurable results.
â— Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance tracking tools.
â— Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
â— Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
