Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads) to join our team and deliver measurable business results for clients across global markets.- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Drive lead generation and ecommerce sales campaigns for B2B and B2C brands.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs, and implement strategies to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with account managers to align campaign strategies with client goals.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage and scale campaigns for international clients/projects.
- Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven success in lead generation and ecommerce-focused campaigns.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools.
- Agency experience is mandatory (digital marketing agency background).
- Experience in handling international clients/projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Delhi-based candidates only (onsite role).
