Personal Assistant to Chief Architect

Gyan Architect is a forward-thinking architecture firm dedicated to delivering cutting-edge design and seamless project execution. As we grow, we seek a proactive Personal Assistant to support our Chief Architect, particularly someone familiar with civil works and construction processes.

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide direct support to the Chief Architect by coordinating daily activities, managing schedules, and assisting with project tasks, communication, and documentation related to both architectural design and civil works.

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Chief Architect, including managing calendars, meetings, and correspondence.
  

• Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and internal reviews related to civil and architectural projects.
  

• Assist with project documentation, reporting, and follow-ups�especially on civil works progress, materials, and contractor communications.
  

• Support the Chief Architect in research, presentation preparation, and maintaining organized records.
  

• Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site staff to gather project updates and ensure communication flow.
  

• Track project deadlines, site work progress, and flag urgent tasks for the Chief Architect's attention.
  

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  

• Basic knowledge of civil works, construction materials, or site procedures (education or work experience in civil/architecture is a plus).
  

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati.
  

• Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and digital organization tools.
  

• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and adaptable with a keen eye for detail.
  

• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  

• Prior administrative, site coordination, or executive assistance experience is desirable.
  

• Experience assisting senior management in architecture, civil engineering, or construction firms.
  

• Understanding of architectural drawings or site plans.
  

• Willingness to occasionally visit project sites as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
