- serve as the primary technical contact for clients regarding PHP-based solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client -reported issues related to PHP applications, scripts or integrations
- collaborate with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve bugs or technical problems
- Assist clients in configuring, customizing and optimizing PHP applications to meet their needs
- Provide detailed documentation and report on support cases
- Manage client records onboarding details in ERP systems for proper tracking and reporting
- Handle ongoing client support request ,enabling/disabling services and posting promtional content
- Implement SEO essentials such as meta tags and Google tag manager/analytics for perfomance tracking and marketing support
- Provide reliable support to ensure smooth day-to-day digital operations
