Experience Required: 10–12 Years
Salary: Up to ₹15 Lakh per annum
- Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
- Perform PLC troubleshooting and resolve breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of PLCs and automation equipment.
- Integrate and configure SCADA/HMI systems with PLCs.
- Modify, update, and optimize existing PLC logic as per process requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain documentation of PLC programs, changes, and troubleshooting logs.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers/technicians in PLC operation and safety.
- Expertise in PLC Programming, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Delta or any leading PLC systems.
- Knowledge of automation systems, sensors, drives, and industrial networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation Engineering.
