We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Pre-School Franchise Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing franchise sales opportunities while ensuring strong business growth for our pre-school division.- Develop and execute franchise sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify potential investors and franchise partners through field visits, school visits, and market research.
- Conduct business meetings and presentations to showcase the franchise model.
- Build strong relationships with promoters, investors, and stakeholders.
- Generate leads through networking, events, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closures of franchise sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support new franchisees during onboarding.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and provide inputs for business growth.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and progress updates.
- Graduate / MBA preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in franchise sales, preferably in Education / Pre-School / EdTech sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for field visits, school visits, and client meetings.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
