As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce Service Cloud, OMS, HRC AR Implementation, Esker, and SF Sales Assist integrations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans.ResponsibilitiesTest Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand integration requirements. Develop detailed test plans outlining test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.Test Execution: Execute functional, integration, and regression tests for MuleSoft integrations. Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce Service Cloud, OMS, HRC AR Implementation, Esker, and SF Sales Assist.Automation: Design and implement automated test scripts to increase efficiency and test coverage. Utilize testing frameworks and tools for test automation.Defect Management: Identify, document, and prioritize defects. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members to understand business processes and integration points. Participate in regular project meetings and provide testing status updates.Reporting: Generate comprehensive test reports for management and project stakeholders. Provide input on the overall quality of the implemented solutions.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in MuleSoft and Salesforce testing.Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the overall testing methodology.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.Proven experience as a Test Engineer in MuleSoft and Salesforce environments.Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, OMS, HRC AR Implementation, Esker, and SF Sales Assist.Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
