• raining and mentoring of more junior staff

• ead and attend design review meetings and progress meetings with Clients

• repare fee estimates, staff utilisation forecasts and defining project scopes

• anaging a small Team along with other Line management responsibilities

• t is most desirable if the candidate has experience of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Causeway Flow/Infodrainage.

• orking close woth Team Lead to set out developmental goals for Team
  

E

• ngage and work with the Lead region. Ability to secure Projects and improve the Team utilisation.

• elping Team Lead in resource allocation on Projects
