Product Managers are key drivers of the team’s mission to provide strategic, actionable insights for product development and growth. They will use their research expertise to identify opportunities, pitch new product ideas and monitor existing product health.
1. Conduct detailed research and analyses for new product development, including market feasibility studies, competitor analyses, and product health assessments.
2. Source and validate new program topics, ensuring relevance and demand. Develop comprehensive program concepts and proposals, including personas, high-level curricula, learning objectives, delivery methods, and positioning.
3. Conduct portfolio discovery sessions and analyses for key University partners and serve as the point-of-contact to Universities and University Partnerships team for product related questions. Pitch new program concepts and proposals to university partners, addressing any concerns or modifications needed.
4. Coordinate with Learning Design, Marketing, and Revenue to assist with efficient hands -off and knowledge transfer through product design, GTM, and launch.
5. Coordinate with Marketing, Revenue, and Design teams to ensure programs remain up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with market needs and organizational objectives.
