Position: Production Engineer

Location: Shirwal, Satara
- B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in transformer production (for distribution & power transformers).
- Freshers with internship exposure in transformer industry may also be considered
- Strong knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Plan, supervise, and execute transformer production activities (from core building, winding, assembly to tanking).
- Ensure production targets are met as per schedule with adherence to quality standards (IEC, IS, ANSI, CSA, etc.).
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor material usage (CRGO, copper, insulation, oil, etc.) and minimize wastage.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure workplace safety, equipment maintenance, and compliance with ISO/QA standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports and handle manpower allocation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure corrective actions.
- Leadership and team-handling ability.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,462.42 - ₹35,338.08 per month
