2. POSITIONSUMMARY

The candidate would be responsible for delivering superior quality partner stores in urban (Non OR/FR towns) & rural markets. Program Manager will have to ensure timely roll out of Airtel Prepaid Stores,deploymentofhighqualitymanpower&continuousengagement,facilitatedesiredhygiene& upkeep of stores and ensure store profitability.

The Program manager will also be responsible for RAEO operations in Circle –facilitate rollout, ensure adherence to Standard Operating Process & track/drive productivity of stores.

3. KEY DELIVERABLES

AirtelPrepaidStoresUrban

1. Co-ordinate with Zonal teams and circle leadership for roll out of stores in UD Towns asper defined guidelines

2. Co-ordinatewithcirclemarketingteamfordeploymentofallbrandingelementsinthestores

3. Facilitate hiring, training & engagement of Airtel friends(CREs)–

o Ensure right hiring through assessment center screening & ZBM interviews

o Work closely with CentreL&Dteamtodeliver100%NHIPforallAirtelFriends.Also facilitate all training programs/engagement interventions as per training calendar

o Trackattendancethroughpromoterapp&ensuresmoothprocessingofsalary

4. Ensure participation of every store in all lines of business(Prepaid, DTH, Airtel Payments Bank)

5. Provide regular download of new programs/Initiatives to stores

6. Ensureperiodicstoreauditsbycentrallyappointedauditpartnerforstorehygiene&upkeep.

7. Track & measure productivity & profitability of every store.

AirtelRuralStores (RAEO)

1. Co-ordinatewithZonalteams&ensureRAEOineveryfeedermarket.EveryRDDtoinvest in RAEO

2. All RAEOs to be operational throughout the day and managed by partner appointed store executive

3. Every RAEO to participate in all lines of business(Prepaid, DTH, Airtel Payments Bank)

4. DESIREDEXPERIENCE:

1. High potential ZSM. Retail background preferred

2. No additional head count.(Count not to exceed beyond the current allocation of ZSMs and Distribution SPOCs)
