We are looking for Project Coordinators with strong communication and sales skills to join our customer Chat Support Team.
Handle customer queries via chat with professionalism and empathy
Promote and upsell products/services wherever applicable
Ensure high-quality customer experience with timely responses
Achieve sales and support targets. Team management, coaching, mentoring, preparing WBR, Client handling.
Graduate in any stream
Excellent written communication skills (English proficiency required)
Strong persuasion & sales aptitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Minimum 5 to 10 years of prior experience in sales/chat support. Telecom Billing is preferred.
