Project Coordinator

• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of community outreach activities under Project Roshni.
  
• Assist in setting up eye screening camps by liaising with schools, colleges, and local partners.
  
• Serve as a point of contact for beneficiaries, ensuring their smooth participation in camps.
  
• Monitor on-ground activities, mobilize communities, and ensure effective engagement.
  
• Collect field data, maintain records, and share timely reports with the project team.
  
• Distribute IEC materials and participate in awareness generation drives, meetings, and campaigns.
  
• Provide logistical and operational support to ensure smooth implementation of camps and outreach activities.
  

Self-driven and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset

Ability to make independent decisions and take initiative

Strong communication (Marathi, Hindi, English)

Preference given to candidates residing along Mumbai’s Western Line

Able to manage multiple stakeholders and field operations

Familiarity with community health/eye care projects is a bonus

• Graduate in Social Work/Arts/Commerce/Any discipline (BSW/MSW preferred).
  
• 0–2 years of experience in the social sector or community outreach roles.
  
• Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in community work are encouraged to apply.
