Duration: 3–6 months Internship
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Management Intern to join our team and help us bring our projects to life. This role places you at the heart of our operations, providing invaluable, hands-on experience in how ideas are transformed into reality. You will support our Project Managers in driving projects forward, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
- Schedule and document meetings with key stakeholders, including Medical Associations and industry partners.
- Maintain the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) database and support their engagement activities.
- Manage logistics for Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and hospital outreach events.
- Maintain and update all project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and contact lists.
- Assist in creating presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research on potential new industry partners to support business development.
- Coordinate internal meetings and communications to ensure team alignment.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with project management software (like Jira, Asana, or Trello) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience across the entire project lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Closing).
- Direct mentorship from an experienced Project Manager.
- Certificate of Internship upon successful completion.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
