Property Manager

We are a prominent hospitality organization based in Aanayara, Trivandrum, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high property standards. Our establishment is designed to provide guests with a memorable experience, and we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Property Manager to lead all facets of property management and operations.

As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the property, ensuring it operates efficiently while providing outstanding experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, overseeing property maintenance, and coordinating guest services to ensure seamless operations.

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and serviced to the highest standards.
  

• Manage and train a team of staff, including scheduling and conducting performance evaluations.
  

• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
  

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and uphold hotel policies and procedures.
  

• Monitor property maintenance and coordinate necessary repairs with vendors and maintenance staff.
  

• Develop and implement property management procedures aimed at improving guest satisfaction.
  

• Prepare and maintain budgets, financial reports, and inventory management systems.
  

• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and operational efficiency.
  

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  

• Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Knowledge of property management software and financial reporting.
  

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  

• Familiarity with local regulations and health and safety standards.
