Python Developer with experience in AI services, agentic AI systems, and backend development. The ideal candidate should be eager to work on innovative AI-driven solutions, scalable backend systems, and cutting-edge agent-based architectures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to next-generation applications that combine backend engineering with AI-powered automation.- Develop, optimize, and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs.
- Work on agentic AI systems – autonomous agents, workflows, and integrations with AI models.
- Implement, test, and deploy AI-powered features (LLMs, NLP, Generative AI).
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate ML/AI models into production-ready systems.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of backend applications.
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues.
- Stay updated with the latest AI and Python ecosystem trends.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Python development (backend & APIs).
- Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with AI services, agentic AI frameworks, or LLM integration (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, RAG, etc.).
- Knowledge of backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL).
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Good problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
- Hands-on experience in agent-based AI systems or autonomous AI workflows.
- Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases).
- Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams).
- Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- 5 days working (Monday to Friday)
