- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS (Software Requirement Specification), and user stories.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users to ensure clarity and accuracy of requirements.
- Participate in client meetings, understand project goals, and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements.
- Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Log and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Work closely with developers and the product team to resolve issues and ensure defect-free releases.
- Perform data validation and API testing where required.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
- Hands-on experience in manual testing (automation is a plus).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good understanding of SDLC & STLC.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle both QA and BA duties effectively.
- Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- Certification in BA (like CBAP) or QA (like ISTQB) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL, API testing tools (like Postman), or automation frameworks is an added advantage.
