1. Communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company Quality Assurance Systems.
2. Oversee the fabric quality issues, and provide solutions to overcome them.
3. Quality Audits for bulk fabrics and trims with the help of parameters.
4. Give real-time feedback to respective departments to minimize loss of quality and time.
5. Accurate and timely decisions for major troubleshooting of the process.
6. Shrinkage test - appearance, dimension stability, spatiality, etc.
7. In-depth knowledge of patterns, basic synthetic and natural fabric, dyeing, and printing techniques to take care the real time issues related to the same.
8. Able to tell fabric consumption for costing requirements based on tech packs and sketches.
9. Formulating reports on computers. Working knowledge of Google Drive (especially Excel) and database system.
1. Minimum of 1 years of experience in QC or as a verifier in a garment factory.
2. Knowledge of Sampling, batch QC etc.
3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Depth knowledge of patterns, Stitching, Fashionable outfit, natural fabric etc.
5. Candidates should be from Delhi NCR.
