Quality Control ExecutiveThe QC Executive is responsible for ensuring that all products processed or packaged meet company quality standards and food safety regulations in real-time during production. This role involves constant monitoring, inspection, and documentation to support compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO standards, and customer specifications.
- Monitor online production processes to ensure adherence to quality and food safety standards.
- Conduct real-time quality checks (weight, temperature, appearance, packaging, labelling, etc.) during production and packaging.
- Inspect raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products on the production line.
- Identify and report deviations or non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation protocols are being followed across the production floor.
- Maintain proper documentation of all quality checks and records as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and sanitation teams to ensure quality consistency.
- Assist in internal audits, GMP checks, and preparation for external inspections (FSSAI, customer resolution, etc.).
- Escalate quality issues to supervisors promptly to prevent food safety risks or customer complaints.
- Education: B.Sc./B.voc / B.Tech in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
- Experience:- 3-4 years of experience in QA/QC in the food processing industry
- Good understanding of food safety regulations (FSSAI), HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000.
- Familiar with use of basic lab/testing equipment and documentation practices.
- Attention to detail, strong observational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in shifts and production-floor conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
