Job Title: Real Estate Manager (Non-Branded Flats Sales)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to lead the sales efforts for our non-branded flat projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets for non-branded flat projects.
  

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.

• Set sales targets for team members and monitor their performance.
  

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  

• Understand client needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  

Sales Operations:

• Oversee the sales process, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
  

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, legal) to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  

Performance Monitoring:

• Track sales performance and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  

• Adjust sales strategies as needed to meet targets.
  

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  

Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in managing sales teams or projects.
  

• Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
  

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Any real estate-related certifications (e.g., CRE, CCIM) would be an added advantage.
  

Competitive Salary: Attractive base salary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
