We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Real Estate Sales to join our team in East Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Pune real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets, especially in residential and luxury real estate projects.- Handle end-to-end sales process for luxury residential projects.
- Manage and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales (East Pune market preferred).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
