Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations in Dehradun.


Position Overview:


The

Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales operations, managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The role involves client management, business development, team supervision, and market analysis to ensure consistent growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team on-site
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Generate and nurture leads through field activity, digital platforms, referrals, and site visits
  • Supervise and support the sales team in closing deals and managing client relationships
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews of team members
  • Build strong relationships with prospective buyers, brokers, and channel partners
  • Oversee site visits, client meetings, and negotiation processes
  • Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns and project visibility
  • Stay updated with real estate trends, market demand, and competitor activity in Dehradun
  • Ensure proper documentation and post-sales support for clients


Requirements:


  • Minimum 3�5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial or team lead role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dehradun real estate market and buyer behavior
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Fluent in Hindi and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead management platforms
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dehradun
  • Two-wheeler or four-wheeler preferred for site visits
