Job Title: Real Estate Salesperson
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about the local real estate market, possesses excellent customer service skills, and thrives in a commission-based sales environment.- Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of properties.
- Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing and property values.
- List and market properties using various platforms, including MLS, websites, and social media.
- Coordinate and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Guide clients through every step of the buying or selling process, including legal paperwork, inspections, and closing procedures.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals involved in real estate transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Must possess a valid real estate license in [State/Region].
- Proven experience in sales or real estate preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
