We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and office.


  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and managing office supplies
  • Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed
