Key Responsibilities:


Front Desk Operations:


  • Welcome members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding classes, memberships, and gym services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle member check-ins and ensure accurate attendance tracking.
  • Address customer questions, complaints, and concerns promptly and effectively.


Sales and Membership Growth:


  • Actively promote gym memberships, class packages, and retail products to potential clients.
  • Conduct tours of the facility to showcase gym amenities and programs.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and walk-ins.


Administrative Duties:


  • Maintain accurate records of memberships, contracts, and sales.
  • Process payments and manage daily cash handling and reporting.
  • Support the team in scheduling classes and coordinating bookings.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, sales, or customer service role, preferably in the fitness or sports industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
