  • Fix Salary = 25000 to 30,000 per month.

Job description


  • Manage front desk, greet visitors, and assist employees.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue passes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.
  • Address inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Ensure the reception area is neat and presentable.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and databases.
  • Draft and manage emails, letters, and correspondence.
  • Track office supplies and coordinate purchases.
  • Support site-related material purchases and vendor payments.
  • Help with CRM and sales tasks like raising demand letters and payment follow-ups.
  • Update and manage data in ERP software.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on meetings.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and office services.
  • Support HR tasks, including attendance tracking and payroll assistance.
  • Manage expenses, process invoices, and handle petty cash.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to management and teams.


Technical Skills


  • Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to read and write in Marathi is preferred.
  • English and Marathi typing skills.
