Job Summary:


We are looking for a well-presented and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at

Vee Kay Vees Caterers. The role requires excellent communication, customer service, and administrative skills to support day-to-day office and client interactions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Handle inquiries related to catering services and direct them to the concerned department.
  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
  • Support office administration tasks including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR/Accounts/Operations teams for smooth communication flow.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Graduate or Diploma holder (any discipline).
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or front-office executive preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Pleasant personality with professional etiquette.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.


Preferred Candidate Profile:


  • Female, Married (preferred).
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Kochi.
  • Punctual, reliable, and customer-oriented.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
