Job Role Includes :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing and screening.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding of candidates.
- Maintain documents of candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- The candidate should be active and should hold good communication skills
- Candidates should be fluent in English, Kannada and Telugu
- Preference for Immediate joiners only.
- Preferring candidates who are currently located in Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
